Opt-Out and Help

Customers may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP.
For assistance, customers may reply HELP or contact MBTS support via email.

Acceptable Use

Customers agree not to:

• Use MBTS services for unlawful purposes

• Interfere with service operations or security

• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data

No Marketing or Promotional Messaging

MBTS does not use SMS messaging for:

• Marketing campaigns

• Sales promotions or advertising

• Affiliate or third-party messaging

All SMS communications are limited to low-risk, informational, or customer support content.

Intellectual Property

All materials, documentation, and content provided by MBTS remain the intellectual property of MBTS unless otherwise stated in writing.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MBTS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of services.

Termination
